Driving Route One South at dusk and seeing the Monterey Bay in the distance, I am always moved by the spectacular vision of the “string of pearls” that is the shoreline of the Monterey Bay. Twinkling lights rim this spectacular body of water and it is absolute magic. The Monterey Bay is home to an amazing array of sea life and the City of Monterey sits proudly at its apex. This sight never fails to stir my heart and is the vision that says “I’m Home” whenever I have been away and return.
